Terms & Conditions

1. Scope These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by KINĒ — including endurance coaching, training plans, performance assessments and personal training. Physiotherapy treatments are subject to the terms and conditions of AM Physio, Badenerstrasse 500, 8048 Zürich.

2. Contract A contract is concluded upon written confirmation (email) following receipt of a booking.

3. Prices & payment All prices are in CHF and include VAT where applicable. Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date. In the event of late payment, KINĒ reserves the right to suspend the service.

4. Coaching subscriptions Coaching packages are billed monthly. Subscriptions can be cancelled in writing with 14 days' notice before the end of the current month. Commitment packages (3, 6 or 12 months) have a minimum term — early cancellation is not possible. The agreed discount will be forfeited in the event of early withdrawal.

5. Cancellations & no-shows Individual sessions (personal training, assessment) can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. In the event of a later cancellation or no-show, the full amount will be charged.

6. Liability KINĒ accepts no liability for health-related damage arising from the use of training plans or coaching, provided that participants have not withheld relevant health information. Participation in training and coaching is at the participant's own risk. Medical clearance is recommended for individuals with pre-existing conditions or injuries.

7. Intellectual property All training plans, documents and materials created by KINĒ are protected by copyright. They may not be shared or used commercially without prior consent.

8. Governing law & jurisdiction Swiss law applies exclusively. Place of jurisdiction is Zürich.
